PEA SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen peas
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Salad dressing
Bacon bits

Cook peas until just tender. Let cool. Add celery, onion and pepper. Mix well. Put in glass bowl. Spread salad dressing 1/4 inch thick. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with bacon bits.
