PEA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. salad dressing
1 can cashews

Mix peas, celery, and onion, refrigerate overnight. Mix sour cream with salad dressing. Mix with vegetables, add bacon. Before serving, add cashews.
