LEMON MELTING MOMENTS 
1 c. butter
5 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream together butter and sugar until light; add lemon extract, cornstarch and flour.

Form into small balls, about 3/4 inch or the size of a nickel.

Bake for 20 minutes or until firm.

Frost with an icing made by mixing powdered sugar with a few drops lemon juice until drizzling consistency.
