MELTING MOMENTS COOKIES 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. flour (reg.), unsifted
2/3 c. cornstarch

ICING:

1/3 c. butter
3/4 box powdered sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind

Cream powdered sugar and butter. Add flour and cornstarch. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet (or make into balls). Bake 20 minutes in 300 degree oven. Watch closely. Frost with lemon icing.

Cream together: 3/4 box powdered sugar 3 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind

Frost cooled cookies.
