HOT TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 c. cooked rice (long grain)
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
No salt or 1/4 tsp. if desired
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix these ingredients. Place 1/2 of this mixture in a 2 quart casserole. 1 cup Parmesan cheese over turkey mixture. Cover with 5 hard cooked eggs, sliced lengthwise, 1/2 cup chopped almonds, and 3/4 cup potato chips. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over turkey mixture. Cover with sliced eggs. Top with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Top with almonds and potato chips.
