7-UP SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. lemon Jello
2 c. 7-Up
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
2 lg. bananas

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. whipping cream or 2 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 c. coconut

BASE: Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add 7-Up and chill until consistency of syrup. Add pineapple, marshmallows, and sliced bananas. Chill until firm.

TOPPING: Combine sugar, flour, juice, and beaten egg in a saucepan. Cook until thick over low heat. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool. Stir in cream cheese and chill. Whip cream and fold into cheese mixture. Spread onto Jello base. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Chill. Use 10-inch square or a 9x13 inch pan.
