SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy or creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine first 3 ingredients in electric frying pan. Heat to 280 degrees. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Turn heat off. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until melted and blended well. Pour into 8 x 8 inch buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 3 pounds.
