NO COOK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
1 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted

Blend peanut butter and syrup. Add milk and sugar. Mix all together with spoon, then with hands knead in dry ingredients. Turn onto board and knead until well blended and smooth. Press out with hands or rolling pinto into block 1/2" thick. Top with nuts if desired. Makes 2 pounds for "chocolate fudge". Add 1/3 cup cocoa to peanut butter and corn syrup before adding dry ingredients.
