MUSTARD ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
1/3 c. marmalade or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 pork chops
Green onions

Preheat broiler for 10 minutes. Mix together mustard and preserves, cook mixture for 2 minutes until marmalade is melted. Broil chops about 4 inches from top for about 6 minutes, turn, broil for 2 minutes. Spoon half the mixture over chops, broil 4 to 5 minutes longer. Stir fry green onions and mix into rest of marmalade mixture. Serve over pork chops.
