SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE 
3 lb. lg. raw shrimp
1 lb. fresh crab meat
1 lg. can mushrooms
Parmicella cheese, grated

Prepare shrimp and put in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then make a white sauce (not too thick). To the sauce add mushrooms, crab meat, and seasoning. Put shrimp in casserole and cover with this sauce. Over the whole sprinkle grated cheese. Put in oven and bake moderately until sauce has set and preparation is very hot all the way through.
