IRISH POTATO CAKE 
2 c. Aunt Jemima flour
4 eggs
2/3 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. chocolate (powder chocolate)
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. white potatoes
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chocolate
4 tbsp. milk

Cream butter and sugar then add eggs, vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients together. Slowly mix in dry ingredients with butter mixture alternating with milk. Beat until well blended. Pour into 2 - 8 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
