IRISH CAKE RECIPE 
(You can substitute the raisins for anything else you have in the house, i.e., coconut, carrot, nuts, etc.) (Queta Donovan gave me this recipe).

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted (or 4 oz. oil)
1/2 c. raisins

Mix together and place in 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour or Bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degrees. Insert a knife, if it is clean, it is done.
