1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. Puritan oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
1 lg. Cool Whip (Lite)

Line a 12 inch pizza pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Grease the foil with Pam spray. Mix cake mix, egg whites, oil, water, sugar and nuts. Pour on the foil and spread out to within about 2 inches from edge. Bake for 20 minute at 350 degrees. Cool. Turn over on serving plate and peel off the foil. Spread with Cool Whip. Cover with a variety of fruit. Make a circle of each fruit you use, starting from outside working in.
