1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 c. creme de menthe
1/4 c. Irish Cream

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth (1 minute). Spoon into serving glasses and freeze. Serve with shaved chocolate with mint centers and mint leaves. Serves 10 (1/2 cup servings).
