FROZEN STRAWBERRY CREME | |
3 c. fresh strawberries 2 tbsp. sugar 1 pt. strawberry ice cream (2 c.) 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 2 tbsp. orange liqueur Sprinkle strawberries with sugar. Chill about 1 hour. Stir ice cream just enough to soften. Fold in sour cream and liqueur. Freeze about 1 hour. Spoon berries into 4 dessert dishes. Dollop each serving with ice cream mixture. (Keep remaining mixture frozen to serve with other fresh fruits or angel cake.) 4 servings. |
