GLAZED PEACH CREME 
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) Jello peach gelatin
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) sliced peaches, drained

Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup of the boiling water. Add cold water, chill until slightly thickened. Dissolve remaining package of gelatin in remaining 1 cup boiling water; stir in ice cream until smooth and pour into serving bowl. Chill until set but not firm. Arrange peaches on creamy gelatin. Top with clear gelatin. Chill. Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
