RASPBERRY SNOWBALLS 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 lb. butter
2-3 c. fresh raspberries
1 pkg. white cake mix

Cream thoroughly sugar and butter. Fold berries into creamed mixture very carefully. Keep at room temperature until ready to serve. Mix white cake mix according to directions on package. Grease lightly a dozen or more teacups. Fill each cup 2/3 full with cake mix. Fill a 9x13 inch baking pan with 1 inch of water. Place cups of mix in pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove snowballs from cups and invert onto individual serving plates. When time for serving dessert, pour 2-3 tablespoons of sauce over snowball. Makes an attractive, delightful finale for your special guests.
