CURRIED SHRIMP 
1 or more lb. shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tbsp. ginger
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour

Heat butter; saute chopped onion. Add flour and stir; add milk. Stir over low heat until creamy white sauce.

Mix curry powder, ginger and lemon juice and stir into white sauce. Add honey; stir in. Add additional curry powder to taste. Stir in shrimp.

Serve with rice and condiments - chutney, cashews, raisins, bananas, coconut, etc. Nice with peas and oranges. (Can substitute precooked turkey or lamb for shrimp).
