CURRIED SHRIMP 
1/2 lb. fresh or frozen cooked baby shrimp
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. onion, finely chopped
8 oz. sour cream
Curry powder to taste
3 c. Minute Rice, cooked

Saute garlic and onion in butter. Add sour cream, stirring frequently. Add shrimp and curry to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes until creamy and fully mixed. Pour over rice.
