SHRIMP CURRY 
2 c. beef bouillon
2 green apples, sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned, shelled & deveined
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter
Flour to thicken

Saute apples and onions in butter. Add bouillon and thicken with flour. Add curry and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add shrimp. Simmer 10 more minutes. Serve over rice.
