TOSSED SALAD 
2 heads lettuce
1 head purple cabbage
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
Broccoli & cauliflower florettes
Black olives
Green olives
Fresh mushrooms
Zucchini
Beets
String beans
Carrots
Sharp cheese
Kidney beans

Wash all vegetables, 1 large serving bowl. Cut lettuce and cabbage, slice tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh mushrooms, zucchini and carrots. Start putting these ingredients in serving bowl. Add black and green olives, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, string beans, kidney beans, zucchini and cheese. Toss and serve with your favorite dressing and Italian bread.
