SALMON STEAK 
1 lb. salmon steaks
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

In the morning, marinate the salmon steaks in the above ingredients. Before serving, bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes on each side. Serves 4 at 363 calories each serving.
