TEXAS PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. light corn syrup

Beat eggs with vanilla. Combine sugar, salt, flour and corn syrup. Beat well. Then add to beaten egg mixture. Beat well. Sprinkle 1 cup pecans on the bottom of an unbaked pie shell. Add pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
