4-6 chicken breasts, dipped in salt, pepper & flour

Put chicken in baking pan in which is melted 2 tablespoons of butter. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour on each side. Pour sauce over chicken and return to oven for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.

SAUCE:

1 can sliced mushrooms
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. mild grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 c. canned cream
