GRAHAM CRACKER TORTE 
1/2 lb. graham crackers, crushed
1 c. half and half
8 oz. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) box chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla

Moisten all but 1/2 cup of graham crackers with half and half. Stir in all other ingredients. Form into 2 log rolls. Roll each one in remaining 1/2 cup of dry crumbs. Wrap in foil and freeze. Slice and serve frozen, topped with whipped cream.
