GOBBLE UP CASSEROLE 
6 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/2 sm. onion, chopped fine
3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup

Place turkey in 9x13 inch lightly greased pan. Saute bread crumbs, celery and onion in butter. Add salt, baking powder, pepper and poultry seasoning. Stir egg and milk. Spoon over turkey. Spread soup over top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
