BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
1 pkg. poultry stuffing

Cook broccoli according to directions on package and drain. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Cover with poultry stuffing. Place 4 slices of butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
