MARINADE FOR RED MEAT 
1 tsp. Accent
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of hot sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic (opt.)

Place all ingredients in a jar and cover and shake well. Remove garlic. Place meat in marinade and refrigerate 3 hours before cooking. NOTE: This is good for steak or roast.
