COUNTRY STYLE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. corn flakes, crumbled
3 c. oatmeal, quick or regular
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. flaked coconut
12 oz. milk chocolate chips (2 c.)
1 c. walnuts, chopped; optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together until smooth, butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Beat eggs well and add. Stir in corn flakes and oatmeal. In separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, and add to butter mixture, mixing thoroughly. Stir in coconut, chips, and nuts. Drop well rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes.
