ELLA'S VEGETABLE SOUP | |
1-1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned 1 lg. onion, chopped 2-3 cans stewed tomatoes 1 can (12 oz.) tomato juice 2-3 stalks celery 1-2 carrots, chopped fine 2 potatoes, chopped fine 1 lg. pkg. frozen veg. for soup 2 tsp. sugar Salt & pepper to taste 1 c. cooked macaroni 2 tbsp. cooked rice Add all ingredients to large cooking pot or crock pot; cook slow until vegetables are tender. May need to add water and tomato sauce to obtain wanted consistency. |
