CINDY HAPPEL'S MOTHER'S CHEESE
CAKE
 
Mix 1 package lemon Jello with 1 cup hot water. Set aside to cool.

1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Sugar to taste (not over a scant cup)
1 lg. can Milnot, chilled

Beat the Milnot until it stands in peaks. Combine Jello and cheese mixture; fold it into the whipped Milnot.

Line pan or dish with crushed graham crackers. Pour mixture in pan, and sprinkle some of the crushed graham crackers on the top of the mixture. Chill until firm.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

30 graham crackers
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
