CHEESY PARTY DIP 
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese (regular or low fat), cubed
1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (with or without beans)
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (your choice)
tortilla chips (for dipping)

Cut Velveeta into 1/2-inch thick slices. Pour entire can of Hormel chili and jar of salsa into the Crock-Pot. Put into Crock-Pot on HIGH until melted, usually about 25 minutes.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
