BELGIUM MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Mix ingredients. Make into balls. Roll in flour, browning in hot oil.

Bake in tomato juice, catsup or tomato sauce for 30 to 45 minutes. Or may be put in crock-pot for slow cooking.

If using tomato sauce, use large can.
