PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 egg, beaten
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

In a bowl combine the egg, 1/4 cup condensed soup, rice, onion powder and pepper. Add the ground beef, mix thoroughly and shape into 20 meatballs. In a skillet, mix the remaining soup with the oregano, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup water. Heat to boiling, add meatballs, cover and simmer at a low heat, stirring often, for 20 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
