GREEK MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sweet onion, diced
6 or 7 pieces white bread, crust removed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
Olive oil

Mix all ingredients well and form into golf ball sized balls. Fry in olive oil. Serve hot or cold with feta cheese and Greek olives. Excellent with Champagne.
