EASY LASAGNA 
1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or ground beef
4 c. thick and spicy sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown the meat and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt and seasoning. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a 9 x 13 inch dish layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 uncooked noodles and 1 cup of cottage cheese; repeat layers ending with sauce. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil; let stand for 10 minutes before stirring.
