SALMON SALAD 
1/2 c. salmon
1/3 c. chopped celery or cabbage
1 tsp. chopped sweet pickle
Mayonnaise

Drain oil from salmon. Add celery or cabbage and pickle. Mix with fork. Add enough mayonnaise to make this stick together. Place on shredded lettuce leaves, garnish with hard-boiled egg slices.
