SUMMER SALMON SALAD 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 c. shredded lettuce
2 c. (7 oz.) shell macaroni, cooked
1/2 c. pitted ripe olive halves
2 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. cucumber pieces, halved
15 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked

Combine mayonnaise, milk, onion and dill. Mix well. Chill. In a 3 quart bowl, layer lettuce, combine macaroni and olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, salmon. Top with 3/4 c. dressing. Garnish with dill weed if desired. Serve with remaining dressing. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
