THANKSGIVING DRESSING 
7 c. celery, chopped
5 c. onions, chopped
2 (1 1/2 lb.) loaves of bread
1 lb. butter
3 heaping tsp. sage
3 heaping tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. salt
1 (level) tsp. pepper

Break bread into small pieces and moisten with water. Melt butter and add to bread. Parboil celery and onion until softened and add to bread mixture. Add seasonings and mix well. Bake until 165-170 degrees inside turkey or covered in casserole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
