ARTICHOKE DIP 
16 oz. artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced or dash of garlic salt or powder

Mix all ingredients and place in a square, pie or quiche dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers or vegetables.
