SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
Boil 1 1/2 pounds of squash (yellow or zucchini) in salted water until tender. Drain water off. Add 1 cup cracker crumbs (plain, Ritz or cheese). Saute: 1 lg. onion, chopped fine 1 bell pepper Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 lb. ground hamburger meat Brown in cooking oil for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If you desire you can put 1/2 cup shredded cheese in mixture and top with Parmesan cheese. |
