TURKEY FRITTERS 
2 egg yolks
2 c. turkey, cooked, chopped
1 tsp. marjoram, crushed
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fat for frying
1/4 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of nutmeg, grated
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Blend egg yolks with chopped turkey meat and seasonings. Mix in flour and baking powder. Fold in beaten egg whites. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat, not too many at a time and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper toweling.
