1 oz. biscuit pkg. plain or buttermilk refrigerated biscuits 1/4 c. melted butter 1 c. finely chopped peanuts 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. water Separate biscuits; dip both sides in melted butter, then in peanuts, coating well. Arrange in overlapping circle on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Mix powdered sugar and water; drizzle over hot tea ring at once. Slice onto serving plate and serve warm. (I use a Pyrex pie tin to melt the butter and to bake and serve in. |
