MEXICAN GREEN CHILI 
1 lb. pork
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion, chopped
4 small cans chopped green peppers
1 small can tomatoes
Hot peppers to taste

Cube pork, flour and fry until slightly browned. Salt and pepper to taste. Add rest of ingredients and cook. To thicken chili, add cornstarch. This feeds 4 - 6 people. Can be served over burritos, scrambled eggs, etc. Recipe can be doubled or tripled to feed more people.

(Optional: Can add hominy.) As a topping for burritos, add chopped lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
