MEXICAN GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 sm. cans green chilis, drained
1 med. onion
1 pkg. longhorn cheese
2 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger meat

Put first 4 ingredients in double boiler until cheese melts. Brown and season hamburger meat and cook with onions. Grate cheese.

Fill tortillas with hamburger, onions and cheese; roll up. Place in large baking pan and cover with cheese sauce. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
