NORWEGIAN COFFEE CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 3 tbsp. water Mix like pie crust; put in bottom of cookie sheet. Boil 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup water; add 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 3 eggs (one at a time). Bake 45 minutes in 400 degree oven. Frost with a thin powdered sugar icing and sprinkle with coconut and nuts. |
