GARLIC PASTA 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
12 oz. fresh pasta
1 tsp. fresh or 1/4 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Heat butter and olive oil in saucepan. Add garlic; heat over low heat until garlic turns golden. Discard garlic; set aside. Cook pasta until tender. Drain well. Pour garlic over pasta. Add spices and cheese. Toss well.
