SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC, OIL AND
PEPPER
 
5-6 oz. dried pasta or 4 oz. fresh
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. white wine
1/4 c. chicken broth or water
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Cook pasta al dente. In a separate pan, saute garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add wine and broth or water and bring to a boil. Toss with cooked pasta, cheese, parsley, pepper and olive oil. Makes one serving.
