PAPA'S GARLIC SPAGHETTI (OGLI
butter)
 
1-1 1/2 lb. vermicelli spaghetti
1 tsp. oil
1/4 c. vigo olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
Oregano to taste
Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta in large pot (add teaspoon of oil to salted water); drain. In small skillet over low to medium heat olive oil. Lightly brown garlic. Remove pan from heat, pour over drained pasta. Sprinkle with seasoning and cheese. Toss well.

For different main dish, add boiled shrimp or sauteed scallops, or blanched broccoli or cauliflower or heat 1 can whole peeled Italian style tomatoes. Crush tomatoes, pour over pasta.
