CRUMBLY APPLE PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
5 c. thin apple slices
1 unbaked pie shell
3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter

Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and apple slices together. Arrange in pie shell. TOPPING: Blend flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees on bottom shelf for 35 minutes.
